needs more power. the new 370Z now has 332hp which is exactly 100 more hp over this car. and the automatic version is still a joke. the only thing the RX8 has is a great handling but thats about it.

KAPTRE: yes, id buy this car if it wasnt plagued with issues. One of which is its complicated engine design, 2 of my friends had engines replaced under 20k you pretty much need to babysit this car, owners need to check oil level every 2 gas fill up's and speaking of MPG you only get (as recorded) 15-16. I love the car but it kinda takes the fun out when you need to check oil and run thru gas like a V10. If it was alot less complicated, id buy one. On the flip side it handles like no other car

I wish they would make a larger rotary engine and turbocharge it. Imagine the power it would make! Hell, make it 3.0L and you'd be set!

Disappointed that the engine remains unchanged. Rotary of Mazda is good its pro and con. Pro: light, high rpm, and fun. Con: It dies before reaching 100k and fuel and oil economy are horrible.

09 Model looks better than the 08-previous. I only dislike the Rotary Engine.
