im all hard after hearing this engine, :)

sorry but im quite noobish with beast engines & stuff, anyone wanna educate me on what exactly a 4-Rotor engine is..??

The Wankel Rotary engine has a rotar in it which sucks in the fuel and compresses and spins inside the motor. 4 rotors i would assume means that there are 4 Rotors spinning and all compressing the fuel and such but at different times to get even more power. The great thing about wankel rotary i think is that every time the rotar makes a full rotation, there are 3 power strokes.

it doesn't matter how many rotors the engine have, its the power that it gaves... a rotor is a big triangular that acts the same as piston but with different structure because the piston engines need more spacing and more parts to get it working. while rotors doesn't need too much space thats why people swap piston engines to rx7 because there is a lot of free space in where the engine is... a 4 rotor engine its 4 triangular blocks that makes the car run, since rotor gives more power its like av8

Think Half as much power again Over a v8 and Half the weight.

12 but whos counting, those motors are so sick

hát igen a Wankel motor!!!RESPEKT:D

OMG a chainsaw sound motor!

one rotor revolution equals three at the flywheel, so a 13b (2 rotor) fires on a cycle similar to a six cylinder (1.5 ignition events per flywheel rev) so this 2.6 litre will fire only 3 times in one flywheel revolution..... you must have forgotten about the planetary gear reduction!
