but the police car is going not so bad for the 1999 year. What engine did had these police cars in 1999 year? smth about 6liter and 400HP? just wondering, because now, if you have M5, and after you in German autobahn is going brabus rocket, the police ar, so you won't be able to run from these car :] the same is with porsche's :)

Majority of the time this isn't the case. People usually run for stupid things (i.e. avoid a speeding ticket).

plates don't matter unles you find the driver and the car. getting away means he could hide the car and run away himself...
